How to Calculate the required gas flow rate and pressure for gas atomization for required quantity of 30kg /batch of aluminium alloy

In gas atomizing of aluminium alloy we use nitrogen gas for atomizing. our required quantity if of 30kg per batch. how much nitrogen gas is used?what is the flow rate and pressure required? how to calculate these.....
