Dear Sunil Option software crystallinity calculation for shimadzu x-ray difractometr XRD-6000. This is part of the software support for this installation.

Manual determination of crystallinity is possible. I did not do it. But look at the article. Maybe it will help.

% Crystallinity of the polymer can be calculated using XRD deconvolution method, where the amorphous and crystalline contributions to the diffraction spectrum were separated. Crystallinity can be calculated from the ratio of the integrated area of all crystalline peaks to the total integrated area under the XRD peaks.

% Crystallinity = Ic/(Ic+Ia) * 100

where, Ia and Ic are the integrated intensities corresponding to the amorphous and crystalline phases, respectively .
