The easiest way is to connect the capacitance in parallel with piezo (convert charge to the voltage). The next step is standard (P=VA). C ext. > than piezo C.

I forgot one thing. This is good for the quasistationary load of the beam. For the dynamic load of the beam, you need to rectifier your voltage. AC to DC.
