How to calculate the number of Si and Au atoms in Si (111) and Au (111)?
you can use lot of techniques,
- SIMS (Secondary Ionic Mass Spectroscopy)
- XPS (X ray photon Spectroscopy)
- SDX (or EDX) (X ray Dispersive Spectroscopy)
- maybe RPE
Thank u very much for your information..
I think the number of atoms in some face depends on the area of the face. just assume one face, and then calculate.
Is there a procedure to determine the wavelength of an industrial untreated raw effluent using spectrophotmeter
