How to calculate the Franck-Condo factor from the first band in the photoelectron spectra?

I have calculated the photoelectron spectra of an organic compound using the outer valence green function method (OVGF), now, I want to calculate the Franck-Condon factor from the first band in the photoelectron spectra which causes the ionization of the electron.

Please anyone help me with how to do that?
