In project management, how do you calculate/schedule the the duration of construction activities? What are the labour factors that are used to calculate hourly productivity for various construction activities? Is there an excel sheet for the calculation of the duration of the activity?
For calculating Activities Duration use The Followings :
1. Expert Judgement : Especially the people who will conduct the activity .
2. From historical information : The past projects .
3 . From work Breakdown Structure : Create WBS . Then from bottom level ( Work Package ) calculate Bottom Up Estimation .
" Don't forget the reserve to be added to estimates " .
4 .From Industry publications .
That is, unit labor costs = total labor compensation / real output ; or equivalently,
unit labor cost = hourly compensation / productivity
= [total labor compensation / hours] / [output / hours]

Relation is working for the calculation of the unit labour cost.
I am looking for the hourly productivity of the labour for the construction activities i.e. how much Excavation (Cum) can be completed by a labour in a hour?
In case of shuttering form work, how much sqft. shuttering can be completed by a labour in one hour?
I just want to know that FACTOR.
