How to calculate the coupling matrix of an substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) filter?

Hello everyone,

Can anyone help me in calculating the coupling coefficients or coupling matrix of a resonator filter? SIW filter is a kind of resonator filter. Below are the papers, where a coupling matrix is given; but, I am not getting how to calculate the coupling matrix.
