I could calculate the phenotypic correlation coefficient and generate the correlation matrix with logciel R, now I would calculate the corresponding genetic correlation coefficient but I don't know how.
Which other program can do it
NB: I do not have the SAS program.

I usually estimate genetic and phenotypic correlation through Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) method with MS. Excel.

Hasan , I have phenotype data (from trial in alpha lattice design). I tried using this formula rg =geneticcovV1V2/[sqrt(genetvarp1*geneticvarp2)]. But I got genotypic correlation coefficient value greater than 1 between number of tiller and number of panicle in rice. I also found very low values genotypic variance of both traits (0.5 and 0.01)

I will suggest you to use META-R software released by CIMMYT. I think it will be the best for you to calculate genotypic and phenotypic collelation. See the following link.

In gene analysis, many researchers analyze gene data by common statistical methods such as correlation, t-test, one-wat ANOVA, PCA and cluster.
I think those are not helpfull. See my 15 papers after last Oct.
