in Keithley 4200-SCS, I read the reference manual, I need to do ITM test on a FET and instead of taking a single measure at each point, i want to take a number of measures and average them. I believe that this is available in 4200-SCS but i don't know how to do it .

I only have the 4100, but worse case, you can take multiple measurements and average them using a software program.
Thank you Jason, I already found out the solution if anyone interested:
in the test settings there is timing settings, there is filter factor that is responsiple for this feature. It can take multiple readings and average them in a single measurement. This factor should be increased in low current measurements as mine, it ranges from 0 to 100. More details can be found in the reference manual of the 4200-SCS which is available online.
