What is the method to calculate the amount of precipitates formed during T6 condition via XRD peaks? Is there any other method rather than RIR. Can anyone tell me the easiest way to calculate the amount of precipitates present in the alloy.
Dear Vikas Shrivastava , do you have phase separation?. How many phases. You can use Rietveld refinement to calculate the relative or absolute phase fraction.

Your question is a complicated one. I see a number of possible ways to estimate an amount of the precipitates. All of them are applicable only in the case of a notable precipitation detectable by the proposed methods, as follows:
1. XRD quantitative analysis.
2. Image analysis.
3. Examination of a change in electrical conductivity of the examined material.
4. Examination of a change in a yield stress.
Of course, each of the mentioned methods requires a preliminary calibration.
