How to calculate specific capacitance from GCD if current density, mass load , time in second and window in V are given?

In a paper attached here, the author has used current density 0.5A/g, mass 0.5mg, window 0.3V and discharge tume is 45s. By using these values he has calculated C=673 F/g but when I calculate, I don't get this value. Where is the problem?

C=(0.5*45)/(0.0005*0.3)=1,50,000 F/g
