I am trying to calculate the aerosol optical thickness and PM10 from landsat. For this purpose, relative azimuth angle is required to run the algorithm.In metadata of landsat, solar azimuth is there.Is there any equation to determine tha relative azimuth angle?

Assuming you do have the long-lat of two eastern or western corners, I believe the problem is now "simply" how to determine the azimuth given a pair of geographic coordinates. This is often called the inverse geodetic problem (or reverse geodetic problem). For this, you could explore either the Vincenty's formulas or GeographicLib algorithms. First link could help.

Sun Azimuth L-1Field Definition: Sun azimuth angle (degrees) at the WRS scene center of the L1 product. A positive (+) value indicates angles to the East or clockwise from geographic North. Zero (0) indicates geographic North. A negative (-) value indicates angles to the West or counterclockwise from geographic North. Values:-180.0000000 through +180.0000000 degrees
