I want to simulate an inverter topology using PSIM thermal module to calculate MOSFET switching and conduction losses at different power levels. How I can adjust different power levels in grid-connected inverter topology (for example 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% of total power) and calculate losses at each level?

In order to vary the output power from your inverter, you must control the output current withdrawn from the inverter since its voltage is fixed by the grid voltage.
So all what do you need is to set the reference power of the controller at the value which you desire.

As the output voltage of GTI is fixed, you need to vary the load current to implement load variation from 10% to -100% load.
there two ways (a) fix the reference power to desire load power
(b) implement a faster inner current loop where vary the reference current to implement load variation.
