In my experiment (Stanford and Smith, 1972) I used CaCl2 for leaching (obtained NH4+ and NO3-) after this I used Nutrient solution and collected the leachate and determined again (NH4+ and NO3-). The problem is that how can I calcuate the mineral N from above information?

Replication of different treatments showing negative values of NO3- (in case of nutrient solution) and NH4+ (in case of CaCl2).

Please need your valuable suggestions and comments.

Thanks in anticipation.
