As part of this task i got few paper of LST Calculation of Landsat 8.
When we are calculating the conversion the digital number to spectral radiation
Using below formula
Lλ = ML*Qcal + AL
The ML value of Landsat 8 Thermal band is 3.3420
But in formula all are writing 0.0003342
How this value came here.......
Whether 3.3420 divided by 10000 ??
Why this 10000 ?
Can I follow same method Landsat Tm also ?
How we can get the K1 and K2 value of Landsat tm when we are converting radiance to temperature ?

You can add the formula in the raster calculator as shown in attached image; however I suggest to process the imagery in one of the remote sensing programs such as Envi or Erdas as shown in attached links, and then save the output as GeoTiff format and then complete your processing in Arc GIS if you want.
