for an experiment I did, I need to calculate the Kinact value.

I checked the enzyme activity with its substrate after the enzyme was incubated with a certain concentration of a chelator (enzyme inactivation) over time.

the graph should be the residual activity of the enzyme (in percentages) as a function of the time (in hours)- something like the photo I added.

I'm supposed to calculate the Kinact (in h^-1), and I'm not really familiar with how.

I would be happy if anyone can help me or tell me what equation I'm supposed to use.
