How to calculate inductance of a semiconductor plasma generated by laser heating?

A plasma is generated by laser heating of a doped semiconductor material having a bias voltage at the both ends of semiconductor material bar. Due to high carrier density a very high current flows across the circuit. Is there any way to calculate the inductance due to this current?
