I have extracted some radiomic features from medical images under different imaging conditions. I wanted to know how much these features are reproducible. For this, I used the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) test in SPSS software. But it gives me only the total ICC of all features under different scan parameters. I want to know is there any software or algorithm to calculate the ICC value of each radiomic feature separately during the scan parameters changes. Actually, I want to know how much a specific radiomic feature is reproducible under different scan conditions.
