I want to calculate electron- hole generation current density and recombinant current density in CIGS solar cell.

The values obtained at a voltage of 0.6 volts are as follows:

rate generation = 0

electron- hole generation current density=0

total recombinant current density= 1.66 mA/cm2

SRH recombinant current density=0.022 mA/cm2

radiative recombinant current density= 0.245 mA/cm2

auger recombinant current density= 0

short-current density=37.187 mA/cm2

1-Why is the amount of electron- hole generation current density and the recombination current density of Auger zero ?

2-How do I calculate the interface and rear-front contact recombination current ?
