Obviously, the intracellular design / structure though based on basic science / physics (The Physics of Life: The Evolution of Everything. by Adrian Bejan) is not "reinventing the wheel". Why , then is it becoming more and more difficult for the neural network to "understand" what is going on in side each one of it's constituent cell?

Will someone throw light on this "climate change"?
