How to best represent coincidence data from kymograph?

i have some simultaneous two color TIRF images from which I have made kymographs. I want to quantitatively represent how often and how long, and the changes in the intensity graphically and statistically. Any ideas? Wondering what would be the best way to show the coincidence of two molecules within a complex across time.
