Hi everyone!!

I am trying to measure a frequency response of the sample by using a small signal vibrator and Keithley Semiconductor analyzer. After certain amplitude, I always observe another frequency in addition to the applied frequency which dominates my real signals. The noise is one order magnitude higher than electrical response of real samples. I could not figure out the problem whether it is coming from the vibrator or it is due to resonance inside the sample. Please suggest me how we can avoid such noise in electrical response.

Thank you
