As shown in the plot produced by R, the legend are not arranged in an alphabetical order.
I tried to arrange the orginal data in alphabetical order but the legend still not arranged alphabetically.
And I also failed to find a solutions from internet to solve the problem.
I will very very grateful if u can give me some clue on how to solve this.

I think passing the order in "legend.key" should also work.
Do you use the function "legend" in matlab to generate the legends, such as: legend('L1','L2','L3','L4').
If you want to change the order to be 'L3','L2','L1','L4', then you only to change the sentence as legend('L3','L2','L1','L4').
