How to analyze the questionnaire's results based on UTAUT model ( Venkatesh et al., 2003) via Partial Least Square (PLS)? How to measure satisfaction?
To clarify, I tend to invite a sample of users to use a web application and analyze their satisfaction by asking them to participate in the survey based on UTAUT model questionnaire. However, I am uncertain about the evaluation procedure.
Yes, a questionnaire can be applied to subjects of interest. take into account -if you have well defined your model- the number of samples you need (you can calculate the sample with G * Power). With a good literature review you will find many ways for a measurement scale developement for all UTAUT model constructs.

You may use questionnaires to tap on the respondent perception on their acceptance and usage of technology. You may run measurement model to confirm the construct and run path analysis to predict the effect towards satisfaction or even towards behavioral intention
The data collected could be analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics approaches. The analysed data will be presented using diagrams, Microsoft Excel and the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS).
