I found some articles that pansharpening ms and pan bands and use them to generate ndvi. I don't understand how pansharpening is applied in this case. in qgis we have grass i.pansharpen, gdal pansharpening, but these two options make rgb composition procedures. how could I pansharpening using some method (brovey, ihs) on a single band (to later create my vegetation index)? Every help is welcome.

You can built a model with artificial intelligence based on position and reflectance for every layer to assess every pixel of a pansharpen image. I am afraid that you are going to need such a potent software and hardware as R or octave to do that. As an outcome you will have an estimation in of NDVI based on a lower resolution product. I am not sure that you can achieve that task through a simple pansharpen due to you have spoiled the reflectance with this process.

thank you very much for your guidance. I've seen some discussions about this effect (pansharpening spoiling ndvi output). even so, some articles are testing ndvi+pansharpening, so i would like to test too and have results in hand and look at them a bit.
