How to analyze immunohistochemical data for osteogenic markers in cellular and tissue components using immunoscoring system?

I have quantified the intensity of staining for cellular and tissue components in ROIs observed under light microscope. However, I do not know how to analyze IHC data after calculating Mean and Standred deviation for each component and to do Immunoscoring ?

Thank you for your reply.

I think you meant histomorphometric measurement and I have already done. Then immunoscoring evaluation was also done after measuring the level of expression , intensity of staining and scoring number for each tissue and cell components. at the moment at the step of analysing data after calculating Mean and SD. Please inform me which the next step before graphic illustration.
