In my case the total water holding capacity is 74%, now how to adjust it to 65%. Shortly how much water should I apply to 10g soil so that I maintain 65% MWHC.

Hi Harald Cederlund thank you for your explanation. I will work with soil microbiology, I just want to make it clear. you said WHC = weight of water/ weight of wet soil. Is the weight of water = weight of saturated drained soil (48 h) - weight of wet soil? Thank you
