Hello dear researchers. I have a panel data set where I regressed innovation on director tenure.

Though, I employed GMM and lag of the director tenure to address the endogeneity and reverse causality but the editor suggested me to use PSM to solve the mutual causality. In this situation I stuck that how to use PSM to address the editor concern. Therefore, I need your value guidance . Thank you so much.
