Now I am using Mendeley desktop App for citation in article preparation. I used to add reference by using literature search in Mendeley. But the problem is the volume number and page number not showed (screenshot attached) whenever I search an article in literature search. The same problem I am facing at MS word also i.e. not showing the page number and volume number, instead I am getting only DOI of the paper (Screenshots attached)
Can anyone please help me to resolve the issue?
Note: I am sure that I'm getting DOI for most of the journal formats. For example, the volume and page number should be appear in Food and Chemical Toxicology, but it not inserted.

Seems to be a bug in the desktop version. The quickest way I could solve was to go in each and every entry in my list of reference and click on the magnifying glass icon next to the DOI (Lookup) in the "Details" tab of the right panel. This seems to refreshes the reference, though still for some references the page range is missing (only first page shown) that needs a manual edit.
I think you can solved the issue by updating to the latest version of the Mendeley Desktop and the MS Word Plugin.
In addition to the comments made above, for me the issue was that the type of document did not update automatically. Meaning that it was still a "Generic Source". Changing it manually to "Journal Article" solved the issue.
On Mendeley desktop tab, follow below steps:
1. Click Ctrl+A (Select all references)
2. Right click
3. Click Update details
4. Now click Refresh in Word app on References Tab
