Hello Fw Dxx,
In Sentaurus TCAD, you cannot calculate or include ion migration in your simulation. It is not added to the features of Sentaurus TCAD. Try to use from GVPDM. I have never used, but developers wrote some articles, they can consider the effect of ion migration on performance of solar cell in simulation.
