How to add gentamicin to purchased TSA 5% sheep blood plates?

I purchased 10mm x100mm TSA w/5% sheep blood plates, with goal of culturing S.pneumoniae from mouse specimens. I would like to add gentamicin to these plates- does anyone have a protocol.
