How to add Function load in ANSYS mehcanical APDL?

I am trying to simulate laser drilling I have put the following equation for heat flux. I have attached the screenshot of the solution that I got. It doesn't show me any temperature profile. I have applied the heat flux at the top part(area) of the workpiece.
