Hello everyone;
I have a time dependent study on Comsol of a cantilever beam which vibrate with chirp sine wave displacement as omega varies from 20 Hz to 50 Hz (as omegan=30Hz), Can anyone help me to do this in comsol multiphysics?

For a simpler input, a sine wave, create a Waveform under Component->Definitions. Use the identifer (wv1 or whatever) in a Prescribed Displacement node under Solid Mechanics, make it a function of time with e.g. "1[mm]*wv1(t)" under Prescribed Displacement->Prescribed in y-direction. You may want to fix x-direction (set to 0), depending on your application. Set the solver appropriately, i.e. enough time steps within the desired total time. Check your mesh, all the usual,..
I have attached a file, just solve it and watch e.g. the animation of the movement. Adjust to your own chirp, and you are golden.

Unfortunately i'm using Comsol V5 . May your example with a new version so I can't opern it .
Hmm alright, I only have 5.1 and 5.2 currently. Did you manage anyway?
I attached my model here , I've already try to input prescribed as equation or as interpolation from excel file . Results is not reasonable , I think there is something wrong...?
It does not seem as if your plate is fixed at any boundary. And your total time step is very long with many intermediate steps. And you should use the Waveform node under Definitions to define your load.

I want to simulate a free beam it vibrates and excited in one of the ends with a sinusoidal displacement such as A*sin(2*Pi*f*t), so how I can do that, is prescribed displacement is useful? I do this but the result is same as the attached picture.
