The photo also can easily added by following the steps below:
1 - Go to your profile
2 - Double click on photo
3 - Click Upload photo
4 - Go to your computer to bring a suitable photo
5 - Select the photo
6 - Double click on the selected photo
7 - It takes place in the suitable place in your profile automatically
8 - Move the circle to select the part of the photo you want to use
9 - Click Save to confirm your changes

As far as I can see. No one really answered the question. Everyone is answering how to ad an existent department to your profile. But what if department does't have a profile at Researchgate yet? Who has the right and whose job is it to create one and how to do it?
