I have tried with SRC like zeolite, Cu2O, Al2O3 etc. to abate the N2O. But, SRC needs a longer interaction time, and it seems ineffective. Are there any new technologies that can remove/degrade the N2O spontaneously? Any good suggestions? Thank you.
N2O is generally hard to remove There are techniques where CH4 is used or NH3 both catalyzed but the latter is only suitable if you can provide temperatures above 300 °C at least.
Sry this is not my main topic so I cannot give certain details. However this technique is widely applied in industry so there should be plenty of papers dealing with it.
