Dear all,

I am making the all-dielectric metamaterial structure, and got trouble with the input thickness for dielectric substrate (e.g. sapphire). When I change the thickness, the noise (Fabry Perot) increases much, and it's also highly computing consuming.

Any one know how to suppress the noise in this case?

FYI: I use F-domain, periodic BCs for x- and y- direction, and Zmin = Open for PML.
