How the programs is used in "DiagHam" packages after installing it?

I want to study exact diagonalisation calculations for a Bosonic fractional quantum Hall system. I have found "DiagHam" packages from the link,

but unable to understand how to compile and run a specific program with it. Please guide me, if anyone is expert in Diagham.
