Currently I am working on a review article aiming to list the optimum production conditions for biohydrogen production from the anaerobic process. Although the production of biohydrogen depends on the type and composition of the substrate, I want to know if there is any information that compares the applicability of Thermophilic, Mesophilic and Psychrophilic conditions during the production of biohydrogen.

You may look into a recent book (2015) by Ruggeri, Tommasi, and Sanfilippo called "BioH2 and BioCH4 Through Anaerobic Digestion". They cover certain points at what you're after and discuss some net energy tradeoffs and EROI (energy return on investment).
There is another paper that pays small mention to temperature but might be of general interest to you. "Sustainable fermentative hydrogen production: challenges for process optimisation" by Hawkes et al (2002).
Keep in mind some of the larger drivers for hydrogen cost are the hydrogen yields and that net energy benefits of a hydrogen AD reactor will be location dependent. You may also examine hyperthermophiles as a decent amount of work is being generated regarding Caldicellulosiruptor sp. that operates at ~70C-80C while utilizing a more efficient pathway for hydrogen production.
