I think that in Arc GIS, only you can manually digitize the lineaments using processed satellite images (image ratios, Principal Component images, filtered images and hillshades). In PCI Geomatica there is a way to automatically delineate the lineaments from satellite images.

Abotalib is correct, PCI Geomatica is the way to go.  It automatically does raster to vector conversion and stores the vectors until you are ready to export it as an ARC-GIS compatible vector format such as shapefile, envi-vector file, etc. ( http://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2012/1048/ )
