For example, Barium titanate nanopartciles-tetragonal type, what are the planes to look up in XRD??

Since BaTiO3 is tetragonal with P4mm space group having very small tetragonality. It is observed that after poling the sample of BaTiO3 the lattice parameters get changed. So, after poling in the XRD pattern one can observed change in intensity; intensity of some peaks increase and relatively of some peaks decrease.
