Dear Rajnikant, there is no simple answer to your question, mainly because you do not state the BEH column chemistry, such as amide, C18, etc. neither you state the nature of your compounds. I would suggest you consult John W. Dolan's HPLC troubleshooting guide at http://www.chromatographyonline.com/john-w-dolan (it's free and extremely useful guide). You can directly transfer most of the HPLC troubleshooting hints to UHPLC, just take into account the much faster analysis time.
Add more aqueous to your mobile phase. This will work unless your molecule 'loves' water, in which case HILIC should be your analytical choice.
