I am doing some research work on vibration frequency produced at spindle head during the drilling using CNC milling center.I want to know that, is the change of spindle speed and penetration rate largely influences the frequency of vibration producing at spindle head.Please answer me.

spindle speed is the speed at which the cutting tool booted to the spindle head rotate, and the feed rate is the movement of the machine in opposite direction with the work piece, so naturally when this two parameters meet in operation vibration will set in, so the penetration rate of the cutting fluid will help to reduce this said vibration between the cutting tool and the work piece there by reducing the vibration frequency in the spindle head.
