Dear All,
Tilt table test is known to produce false positive results.
My queries are -
1) How specific is the procedure?
2) Are there any alternative procedures to accurately diagnose syncope?
3) Can syncope be firmly related to autonomous neuropathic pain?
***
Syncope could be grouped as - vasovagal, functional, exertional, neuropathic, idiopathic, somatic, psychosomatic, etc.

Thank you and best regards - Mariam
