I have been struggling with deciding my master thesis since i was in last year of my degree. My ultimate goal of all my research is to help students getting the most out of their university life in term of education. However, how to achieve that, i still do not know where to start. At one point I wanted to make my topic general and explore the psycho-social challenges that students face during university with regard to academic well-being( because it was the closest things I find to the idea of getting the most out of university). But then recently I got new idea, and instead of focusing on what makes someone does not study. I rather focus on what would make someone study and prioritize learning instead of entertainment. And before any of these topics, 4 month ago i thought maybe i could start with the issue of digital distraction. And now, I am scared of venturing into any of these topics because I am scared i will invest a lot of time and energy to discover it was worthless.

So What you guys did when you were about to decide your thesis topic? And do anyone think any of these topics seems valid
