How skewness effect is considered in euro code bridge design and analysis?

I am working a research on the influence of skewness angle on bridges response. I am starting my research by assessing the existing codes methodology on skewness effect consideration. however, I couldn't find any way how it could be analysed in European standard, may you help me where i could find this part?
