I want to examine the durability of my bifunctional electrocatalysts for HER and OER by performing chronopotentiometry experiment using CHI608 instrument. I am planning to fix the current densities at 1 mA/cm2 for OER (@0.8 V vs. Ag/AgCl) and -1 mA/cm2 for HER (@-1.4 V vs. Ag/AgCl). Unfortunately, I cannot set the parameters to switch between cathodic and anodic potential. I would appreciate if you can help me to set the parameters properly for chronopotentiometry under alternating catalytic current? I have attached the table of parameters below. (lets say the total time is 100 s and each cycle 5 s)
Commonly a CP sequence/cycle means that you may set two different currents values ant you record potentials.Verify if Num(ber) of Segments is an an option that allow you to repeat the sequence/cycle (in your case 50 times).
Set the current values (mA) to be current density (mA/cm2) x working electrode (cm2)area .
Anodic time = cathodic time = 2.5 s.
High/Low E Hold time =0 s.
High E limit = 1.0 V vs Ref
Low E limit = - 1.5 V vs Ref

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, it did not switch again. It starts at 0.7 V and continues at this potential until it reaches the potential limit and then stops (for the trial I chose 5 as the number of segments). I do not know what the problem can be.
