Most of the SEM providers have coating units. We can coat your samples with gold coating unit and few sample is enough to study the morphology and composition details of your sample.

Sample preparation differs depending on many things. For SEM I would single out the size of your perovskite's crystals, exact tasks you want to solve, particular electron microscope configuration.

You may cover your sample with metal or carbon nanolayer, but firstly you should ask a person working exactly on a SEM you want to use.

If you describe your task in detail I can try to answer more specifically.

Be aware that 'sample preparation' involves changing the nature of the sample...

For TEM analysis, make your sample dispersion by take a least quantity of your sample dispersed in a ethanol and drop-casting two or three drops onto carbon-coated copper grid and allowed to dry at room temperature overnight.

For SEM, Instead of grid, use aluminium foil or carbon tape to deposit your materials and allow to try. Gold coating is required for SEM analysis for better image resolution.

I think you can suspend some of your material in ethanol or distilled water. Then ultrasonicate it for some time (10 min for example).

You can suspend your sample in any organic volatile solvent viz. ethanol/methanol and ultrasound for (10-15) minutes.
