Just with basics Python 3.7 we can get using the same algorithm + or - 2% witch is huge again, using the same program, on a Azure notebook but output is giving us a equation that is not the same. Why.
Reinforcement Learning, is made by us, we call this Artificial Intelligence, but actually, we Teach to the Machine, simply the same we could teach to us, there is no difference.
