Smartphones are the most common device - but there are hardly any informations how strong these devices vibrate. Depending on the individual devices, the strength of the vibration varies. Has anyone more specific information/ literature?
there are two types of micromotors used in cellphones, the coin type and the cylinder type. The voltages ranging from 1.5 to 4.5V with currents from 70 to 195mA and power ranges from 0.15 to 0.9W. The bigger units, approx 12mm may have vibration amplitudes up to 4.5G.
