Dear Colleagues

I am doing a study on the open data initiative in the developing countries. I have learned that many countries have embarked into this movement however, the evidence on the socio- economic value is not clear. Would you please share your experience on the barriers in unleashing the value from open data by the community and also success stories if any on projects that unlocked the open data values.?
